Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
LOCK AND ROAD LOCKSMITH LLC offers mobile locksmith services including, but not limited to: automotive, residential, and commercial lockouts, key duplication, lock installation and repair, and emergency response within a 50-mile radius of the business address. Walk-in services are not available.

2. Emergency and Life-Safety Disclaimer
In the event of a lockout involving life-threatening circumstances to humans or animals, contact 911 or emergency responders first. While such cases are prioritized by the Company, public emergency services are better equipped to handle life-safety issues.

3. Pricing and Payment
Service rates are subject to change based on the specific conditions, time requirements, and materials used. Sales tax will be applied in accordance with Kansas law. Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Access and Authorization
Clients are responsible for ensuring legal access to any property or vehicle where services are requested. LOCK AND ROAD LOCKSMITH LLC reserves the right to decline service if lawful access or ownership cannot be verified.

5. Estimates and Revisions
Any pricing provided remotely (phone, email, or online) is an estimate. Actual costs may vary upon onsite assessment. Revisions will be communicated prior to the start of work.

6. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, keys, or vehicle components. If damage occurs during service, it will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Right to Refuse Service
LOCK AND ROAD LOCKSMITH LLC reserves the right to refuse service in situations involving safety concerns, illegal activity, unethical requests, or where services cannot be reasonably performed.

8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Revisions will be posted on the official website or communicated through other appropriate channels. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of any changes.
