Lock and Road Locksmith LLC is a mobile service business. The website does not advertise a public walk-in key counter. Customers should call before traveling. Dispatch, travel and scheduling depend on location, job type, current route, parts, authorization and workload.
Quotes and variable pricing
Website descriptions do not establish a fixed price. Automotive, commercial and residential jobs vary by parts, labor, security access, programming method, hardware condition, travel, urgency, route availability and the final scope discovered on site. A phone quote is based on the information provided and may change if the vehicle, key, lock, door, condition or authorization differs.
Manufacturer subscriptions, secure-access charges, special-order parts, module work, towing, additional keys, damaged hardware and work outside the original scope may be priced separately. Applicable taxes may be added.
Authorization for security-sensitive work
Vehicle key origination, entries, rekeys, lock changes, key-code requests, immobilizer procedures and other security-sensitive services require appropriate proof of lawful ownership, occupancy, management authority or other control. Service may be declined when identity, ownership or authority cannot be reasonably verified.
Automotive key and programming limitations
Vehicle coverage depends on the exact year, platform, key system, key availability, security access, manufacturer support and vehicle condition. A make or model listed on the website does not guarantee every configuration. Programming does not repair unrelated battery, wiring, antenna, ignition, module or mechanical failures.
Some vehicles require manufacturer software or credentialed security access and may still be serviceable independently. Other applications remain restricted to the manufacturer or franchised dealer. When independent access is unavailable, dealership transport or towing may be the appropriate solution.
Customer-supplied keys and parts
Customer-supplied keys, fobs, locks and hardware are not guaranteed to be compatible, resettable, complete or functional. Labor, travel and diagnostic time may still be due when a supplied part is incorrect or defective. Approval to use a customer-supplied item does not create a warranty on that item.
Commercial work orders and third-party billing
The approving party, site contact, billing entity, purchase-order or not-to-exceed requirements and payment terms should be established before work begins. Delayed or disputed third-party authorization does not automatically shift payment responsibility away from the party requesting or approving service.
Website privacy
This static website does not use a contact form, online booking system, account login or site-search form. It does not intentionally collect vehicle details or service requests through the website. Calling the listed phone number uses the customer's telephone carrier and device.
